Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Blair Singer’s website. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
  2. Once you receive the return authorization, securely package the item and include the return authorization number inside the package.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment:

  • The refund will be processed within [number of days, e.g., 7-10 business days].
  • If the refund is not reflected in your account within the specified time, please contact your bank or credit card company.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Any items marked as final sale or non-returnable

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected]

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
