Nine years ago, I took a break from work to spend more time with my daughter. And that is when I discovered my greatest passion and that was training and coaching. However, when I started to look for opportunities to train and coach, I wasn’t being taken seriously. And soon I noticed that my passion was turning into my trap. That’s when I discovered Blair.
